REFUND POLICY — Marketpacer, LLC
Effective Date: October 27th, 2025
This Refund Policy applies to all digital subscription services sold by Marketpacer, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website.
No Refunds After Service Begins
Our service begins once onboarding information is submitted and the AI marketing agent is configured to begin work.
After service has begun, all payments are final and are non-refundable.
Refunds Before Onboarding Begins
If you purchase but have not yet submitted onboarding information, you may request a refund within 72 hours of purchase by contacting us through the Support / Contact Page.
Once onboarding begins, the refund window closes permanently.
Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
This is a recurring subscription. Your billing method will be charged automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must request cancellation at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellations requested inside the 48-hour window may be applied to the following billing cycle.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks filed with your bank or card provider instead of contacting us first may result in immediate service termination and forfeiture of access.
